Additional research has been released to support the benefits of coffee consumption. This research suggests that coffee drinkers live longer. Over 30 years, scientists followed the health of nonsmokers who drank three to five cups of coffee a day and found that these coffee drinkers were 15 percent less likely to die of any cause, versus their non-drinking counterparts.
